Reliable Fluids System — our own line, and the widest one we publish: 20 catalogues across six families — hydraulic flanges, high pressure fittings, needle valves, the Walform system, forged pipe fittings, and seals. RFS parts are made by manufacturers held to our specification, carry our label, and are checked on our own equipment before they ship.

Manufacturers we hold to our specification — the same model behind most established industrial house brands. What makes it ours is that the specification does not drift between orders, the parts carry the RFS label, and we verify quality in‑house rather than accepting a supplier certificate alone. That is also why we can publish all 20 catalogues without a registration wall.

Yes — that is the point of building on standards, not house patterns. The flanges are SAE J518; the fittings use recognised thread forms. If your drawing calls for a J518 flange or a JIC end, RFS drops in without redesign.

A cold‑formed tube end instead of a cut ring: the Walform machine reshapes the tube itself, so the joint seals on a formed profile with fewer leak paths on a high pressure run. We supply the tube, the machines and the Walform seals together, so the system arrives matched.

SS316 needle valves in FxF and MxF port arrangements, for throttling and fine flow control — the needle valve page carries the sizes and pressure ratings as published.

O‑rings, GS Hydro bonded seals, Dowty seals and the GS Hydro retain ring — the parts that decide whether an otherwise correct assembly actually seals. They are stocked alongside the flanges and fittings they serve, so one order arrives complete.

Every RFS product line is verified on our own equipment rather than taken on trust from a supplier certificate — the same discipline behind our ISO 9001:2015 certification. If your order needs specific documentation, say so on the enquiry and we will confirm exactly what ships with it.

Send the part number, the standard, or the drawing — whichever you have. A flange enquiry needs the SAE size and pressure code; a fitting enquiry the tube OD and thread form; a Walform enquiry the tube OD and wall. If all you have is the old part, photograph it and we will identify it.
