High pressure is the point: MHA Zentgraf ball valves to PN500, needle valves to 10,000 psi, twin ferrule fittings to 700 bar and the DIN 2391 tube to run between them — with the material traceability the sector expects, held in Malaysia and Singapore.
The high pressure range
Valves, fittings and tube that carry real pressure — from named manufacturers.
High pressure ball valves
MHA Zentgraf BKH and MKH series to PN500, in steel and stainless — the isolation valves for hydraulic power units and test rigs.
High pressure ball valves →SAE flange end & ISO 6164 valves
Ball valves that bolt straight onto SAE J518 pads — no adapters in the pressure path — plus the ISO 6164 square-flange pattern.
SAE flange end valves →Needle & check valves
HSME SS316 needle valves to 10,000 psi, MHA 350 bar steel needle valves, and high pressure check valves from MHA and Inteva.
Needle valves →High pressure fittings
Twin ferrule to 700 bar for instrumentation, DIN 2353 compression for hydraulic runs, and JIC where the drawing calls for a flare.
Fitting types and ratings →Hydraulic tube & Walform
Seamless DIN 2391 tube, and the Walform system that cold‑forms the tube end — fewer leak paths on a high pressure run than a cut ring.
Hydraulic steel tubes →Quick release couplings
Inteva and Stauff quick release couplings and test couplings — for the gauge points and hose connections around the system.
Quick release couplings →Documentation comes with the quotation, not after the order. Forged parts ship against EN 10204 3.1 certificates; named manufacturers — MHA Zentgraf, HSME, Inteva, Oleo Tecnica — mean the certificate and the part point at the same maker.
Before you commit a spec
- Tell us the duty at enquiry — pressure, fluid and temperature — and we confirm the rating against the manufacturer’s table, not a headline figure.
- Ratings follow size. On compression fittings the series ceiling is not the fitting’s rating — the size band governs, and we quote the number that applies.
- Seal compounds decide temperature. NBR and Viton are stocked; the fluid picks the compound.
- One price, delivered — transport, currency, duties and taxes inside the figure.
Match the rating to the duty
Start from the working pressure, then confirm size by size.
| Working pressure | Start from | Note |
|---|---|---|
| To 350 bar | MHA steel needle valves | Throttling and gauge isolation |
| To PN500 | MHA ball valves | BKH / MKH, steel or stainless |
| To 700 bar | Twin ferrule fittings | Instrumentation and small-bore work |
| To 10,000 psi | HSME SS316 needle valves | The highest-rated line we stock |
| The tube between them | DIN 2391 seamless | Rating set by OD and wall — the pressure table is on the page |
Every figure above is a range ceiling, not a per-size rating. The rating that applies to your line is set by the size and confirmed against the manufacturer’s table before we quote.
Oil & gas questions, answered
Pressure, paperwork and delivery.
What is the highest pressure you stock for?
10,000 psi — the HSME SS316 needle valve line. Below that: twin ferrule fittings to 700 bar, MHA Zentgraf ball valves to PN500, and DIN 2353 compression fittings whose rating is set size by size on the compression fittings page.
Do your valves bolt straight onto SAE flange pads?
Yes — the SAE flange end ball valves mount directly on SAE J518 pads, so there is no threaded adapter in the pressure path. The ISO 6164 pattern is stocked for the square-flange interface.
What material documentation can you supply?
EN 10204 3.1 certificates on forged parts, with the heat number tying the certificate to the piece. Tell us at enquiry what your client requires and the documentation comes with the quotation — on this sector’s work the paperwork requirement is part of the specification, not an afterthought.
Which needle valve should I start from?
By duty: MHA 350 bar steel needle valves for hydraulic gauge isolation, HSME SS316 to 10,000 psi where the pressure or the environment demands stainless, and RFS SS316 in FxF and MxF for general throttling — all on the needle valve page with ratings as published.
Can you supply the tube as well as the fittings?
Yes — seamless DIN 2391 hydraulic tube in E235 and E355 with the size-by-size pressure table published, plus the Walform system where volume or leak-path count argues for a cold-formed tube end instead of a cutting ring.
Are the fittings rated at every size?
No — and that is the commonest specifying mistake. On DIN 2353 compression fittings the series headline is the ceiling of the range; the rating falls as the tube grows. Send the size and the working pressure and we confirm the band that actually applies before you commit.
How fast is delivery?
Stock is held in Malaysia and Singapore; stocked items dispatch same or next working day, with delivery cost already inside the quoted price. A product specialist answers within two working hours.
Can you work from a part number off an existing installation?
Yes — send the part number, the standard or a photo of the part beside a rule. Manufacturer markings on MHA, HSME and Oleo Tecnica parts identify the line quickly, and we cross-reference the rest.
Send the duty: pressure, fluid, temperature.
We match the valve, the fitting and the tube to it, confirm the ratings size by size, and price it from Malaysia or Singapore stock — within two working hours.
