Six lines, to 950 bar.
Compression, forged pipe, JIC, ferrule, quick release and adaptor fittings — to DIN 2353 / ISO 8434‑1, ASME B16.11 and SAE J514 / ISO 8434‑2. Specified on size, material, working pressure and connection — all four are on every card below.
The six lines we stock
Size, material, working pressure and connection on every card. Pressure ratings are the top of the range — they fall as the bore grows, so tell us the size and we will confirm the figure.

Quick release couplings
Size1/4"–2" Pressureto 950 bar MaterialCarbon steel · SS316 · brass EndsThreaded BSPP or NPT Ready stock→Pressure rating is not a property of the fitting alone. A joint is only as strong as the weakest of the fitting, the tube and the tube wall — a 800 bar compression fitting on thin‑wall tube is an 800 bar fitting on a much lower‑rated joint. Send the tube spec with the fitting size and we will check the pair.
Getting the specification right
Which line suits the joint, and the four things we need in order to quote it.
Choosing the joint
- Onto tube, permanent — compression fittings to DIN 2353. The nut drives a cutting ring that bites into the tube. Highest tube‑side rating we hold at 800 bar.
- Onto tube, with vibration — twin ferrule. The front ferrule seals and the back ferrule grips, which is what stops a single‑ferrule joint working loose.
- Onto hose — JIC, the 37° flare. A metal‑to‑metal seal, so it survives temperatures an O‑ring would not.
- Onto pipe — forged pipe fittings to ASME B16.11, threaded or socket weld, in 3000# and 6000#.
- Broken and remade in service — quick release couplings, to 950 bar.
- Two thread forms that do not match — pipe adapters, rather than forcing a BSPP into an NPT port.
What to send us
Four things and we can quote without going back and forth:
- Tube OD and wall, or the pipe nominal bore — not just the thread size.
- Working pressure of the circuit, so we can check the fitting and the tube together.
- Material — SS316, carbon steel or brass.
- Ports at each end — BSPP, NPT, JIC, metric, or a mix.
If you are replacing a fitting, the part number stamped on the hex or a photo of it is usually enough on its own.

What is in them
- Dimensions — thread size, hex, tube OD, overall length and weight, per part number.
- Ratings — working pressure by size, which falls as the bore grows.
- Series — L (light) and S (heavy) for compression fittings, and which tube wall each suits.
- Part numbering — straights, elbows, tees, crosses, bulkheads, reducers and adaptors.
Before you download
- They open in a new tab. Nothing is gated: no form, no sign‑up, no email address.
- Dimensions and ratings are in the catalogue; stock and price are not. Send us the list and we will confirm both.
- Several lines overlap deliberately — where an RFS equivalent exists and the pressure allows it, we will usually quote that too, because it is our own line and we hold it here.
Send the tube size, the pressure and the ports.
