Oleo Tecnica does not make valves, or fittings, or tube. It has made SAE J518 flanges and nothing else since 1976 — which is exactly what you want on the one part of an assembly that has to seal against full system pressure.
How the accuracy is held
- Assessed by TÜV SÜD against ISO 9001.
- Production accuracy is guaranteed by metrological instrumentation, periodically calibrated against reference samples.
- Those reference samples are held in a metrology room at controlled temperature — because steel measures differently warm than cold.
- Traditional machines run the split flanges; a robotic cell runs the large lots.
That is the difference between a flange that fits the drawing and one that fits the drawing every time.
