The six lines we stock

Size, material, working pressure and connection on every card. Ratings are the top of each range and fall as the bore grows — tell us the size and we will confirm the figure.

Two of these have no handle, and that is the point. A check valve decides on flow, not on an operator — fit one where reverse flow would drive a load backwards or push contamination upstream. If you need to hold a load rather than merely stop backflow, say so: that is a different duty and we will quote for it.

Getting the specification right

Which line suits the duty, and the four things we need in order to quote it.

Start with the connection

A ball valve held part‑open will wear its seat. If the duty is throttling, use a needle valve.

What to send us

Four things and we can quote without going back and forth:

  • Working pressure of the circuit — this is what narrows the list fastest.
  • Size and port — BSPP, NPT, compression, SAE Code 61/62 or ISO 6164.
  • Function — isolate, stop backflow, or throttle.
  • Medium and temperature — this is what decides SS316 against carbon steel.

Replacing a valve? The part number on the body or a photo of it is usually enough on its own.

Catalogues

Thirteen high pressure valve catalogues, grouped by manufacturer. Direct PDF downloads — no form, no email address.

What is in them

  • Dimensions — port size, hex, overall length and weight, per part number.
  • Ratings — working pressure by size, in bar and PSI.
  • Materials and seals — body, ball or needle, stem and seal material for each variant.
  • Port options — BSPP, NPT, compression, SAE Code 61 and 62, and ISO 6164 flange patterns.

Before you download

  • They open in a new tab. Nothing is gated: no form, no sign‑up, no email address.
  • Dimensions and ratings are in the catalogue; stock and price are not. Send us the duty and we will confirm both.
  • The lines overlap on purpose — needle valves come from three of these makers at 350 bar, 6,000 PSI and 10,000 PSI. Tell us the pressure and we will tell you which is genuinely enough.
