Can you supply clamps in volume from stock?
Yes — that is the core of the business: the largest pipe clamp stock in Malaysia, across Tubeclo standard, heavy, twin and rubber‑insert series plus Stauff, all on the DIN 3015 pattern. Running sizes are held in volume rather than ordered in against your enquiry.
Do Tubeclo and Stauff clamps interchange?
Both are built to DIN 3015, so the mounting pattern is common — the Tubeclo page carries the cross-reference. Send the Stauff part number and we convert the bill of materials line by line.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing on top — transport, currency, duties and taxes are already inside the quoted price, and delivery within Malaysia is included. What we quote is what you pay.
How fast can parts reach site?
Stocked items dispatch same or next working day from Malaysia or Singapore; delivery within Malaysia typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. For an urgent stocked item, message us on WhatsApp and say it is urgent.
Which valve should go on a water line?
For isolation on water and air, the EPDM-seat butterfly valves and the cast iron gate valves are built for exactly that duty — note EPDM is not an oil seat. For oil hydraulics, use the ball valve range instead. Each valve page states the duty its seat suits.
Can you price a mixed bill of materials?
Yes — clamps, tube, fittings, valves and accessories on one quotation, priced within two working hours. Send it as it is, in whatever format the drawing office produced; we sort the line items and flag anything that needs a decision.
Do you hold the tube as well as the clamps?
Yes — seamless DIN 2391 hydraulic tube in E235 and E355, plus Dural stainless tube and pipe and copper pipe and coils for building services, so the run and its supports come from one stock.
