Two flange lines, 1/4" to 6".
Hydraulic SAE flanges and square flanges, in 3000# and 6000#, to SAE J518, ISO 6162, JIS B2291, JIS F7806 and JIS 10K. Specified on size, material, pressure and end connection — all four are on every card below.

Size1/4"–6" Pressure3000# · 6000# MaterialSS316 · steel SF440A EndsSocket weld · butt weld TypesSHAB · SSAB · KAB Ready stock→A flange joint is only as good as its seal. The flange face carries an O‑ring or a gasket, and the pair is bolted until that seal is compressed to the right amount — which is why we also stock the O‑rings, bonded seals and retain rings that go with them. Order the seal with the flange, not after it.
Getting the specification right
Which line suits the connection, and the four things we need in order to quote it.
SAE or square?
- Hydraulic SAE flanges — the SAE J518 four‑bolt pattern, which is what most hydraulic power units and cylinders are ported for. It is the line to use when the equipment already has an SAE port.
- Split flanges — two halves clamped around a flange adaptor, so the joint can be broken without rotating the pipework. Same J518 pattern.
- Blind flanges — for capping a port during commissioning, testing or a future tie‑in.
- Square flanges — the JIS B2291 pattern, in SHAB, SSAB and KAB configurations. Socket or butt weld only, and it reaches down to 1/4" and up to 6".
If you are matching an existing flange, the bolt hole pattern settles it faster than anything else — count the holes and measure the centres.
What to send us
Four things and we can quote without going back and forth:
- Size and pressure class — nominal size plus 3000# or 6000#.
- Standard — SAE J518, ISO 6162, JIS B2291, JIS F7806 or JIS 10K.
- Material — SS316 where corrosion matters, carbon steel otherwise.
- End connection and type — threaded, socket weld or butt weld; and whether you need a plain flange, a split flange, an adaptor or a blind.
A photo of the flange face with a tape across the bolt centres is usually enough on its own.

What is in them
- Bolt patterns — hole count, centres and thread size, which is what you need to match an existing flange.
- Dimensions — port size, flange thickness, overall face and weight, per size.
- Pressure class — what each size is rated to in 3000# and 6000#.
- Configurations — plain, split, adaptor and blind for SAE; SHAB, SSAB and KAB for square.
Before you download
- They open in a new tab. Nothing is gated: no form, no sign‑up, no email address.
- Dimensions and classes are in the catalogue; stock and price are not. Send us the sizes and we will confirm both.
- Where both lines cover a size, we will usually quote RFS as well — it is our own line and we hold it here.
Send the size, the class and the bolt pattern.
