Products and specification

6 questions
What length are your tubes and pipes supplied in?

Standard mill length is 6 metres per length. Cut lengths can be quoted on request — send the cut list with your enquiry.

I am not sure of the specification. Can someone help me work it out?

Yes. Send whatever you have and a product specialist will identify it:

  • A part number from the old item, or a photo of the nameplate.
  • A drawing, a bill of materials or a schedule.
  • Or just the duty — medium, pressure, size and temperature.

Message us on WhatsApp, or use the enquiry form. If you are replacing a part, the old part number or a nameplate photo is usually enough on its own.

Where do I find dimensions, part numbers and pressure ratings?

In the catalogue library. Every catalogue is a direct PDF download — free, and with no form to fill in. They are grouped by product family, so you can go straight to clamps, flanges, fittings, valves or tube.

Which brands do you stock?

Thirteen. Four of them are lines we hold exclusivelyTubeclo, AF Hydro, Dural and our own RFS range — which is why we can hold deep stock on them rather than ordering in. See all thirteen brands.

Can I get a sample before I commit to a quantity?

Yes, for trade customers. Check the thread, the finish and the fit on your own bench first. We confirm any cost with you before anything ships — see claim a sample.

Do the valves come with test and material traceability?

For the AF Hydro low pressure valve range, yes: every valve is seat‑leakage tested to API 598 and carries a heat number, so a certificate can be matched to the valve in your hand. For other lines, ask when you enquire and we will tell you what documentation comes with that item.

Ordering and offers

5 questions
Is there a minimum order?

Yes — RM 300.

How do I get a quote and place an order?

Send the part number, the drawing or the schedule to info@rfshydraulics.com, through the enquiry form or on WhatsApp. A product specialist prices it and comes back within two working hours. Confirm with a purchase order and we schedule it.

Is there a discount on a first order?

4% off every line across the whole range, not a clearance list. Minimum spend RM 300, quote code WELCOME01, and it runs to 31 December 2026. Full terms on the new client promo page.

Do I get anything for introducing a buyer to you?

RM 15 as soon as we have usable contact details, then a 5%, 10% and 20% voucher as they place their first, second and third orders. No charge to take part and no minimum number of referrals — see the referral programme.

Can I use the promo code and a referral voucher on the same order?

No. It is one promo code per purchase order, and the welcome discount does not combine with another promotion. So use WELCOME01 on your first order and keep your referral vouchers for the orders after it. Samples sit outside all of it — asking for one never affects a discount.

Delivery and shipping

6 questions
What shipping options do you offer?

Land doorstep delivery, and airfreight for export. We ship worldwide.

When will I receive my order?

Two figures worth keeping apart — dispatch and delivery:

  • Stock items are dispatched the same or next working day, and we arrange forwarder collection within one working day of payment being received.
  • Delivery within Malaysia then takes 3 to 5 working days.
  • Export shipments are additionally subject to customs clearance in the destination country, which we cannot put a figure on.
I need an item urgently. What can I do?

Message us on WhatsApp and say it is urgent. On a stocked item, order to physical delivery can be under 3 working days.

Do you deliver within Malaysia, and what does it cost?

Yes. The delivery cost is already factored into the product price, which accounts for:

  • The product itself
  • Transportation
  • Currency conversion
  • Duties and taxes
  • Any other associated costs
What import duty and taxes will I have to pay?

We do not charge import duty on stock held in Malaysia. For stock delivered from our Singapore warehouse, the import tax is already included in the unit price, so there is nothing to add afterwards.

Where are you located?

Our office is in Kuala Lumpur and our stocking warehouse is in Johor Bahru. Addresses, map links and direct lines are on the contact page. We also hold stock in Singapore, and some orders ship from there depending on what is on the floor — the import tax is already inside the unit price when they do, so there is nothing to add afterwards.

Payment

3 questions
What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment by remittance transfer.

Which currencies do you accept?

Our default currency is the Malaysian ringgit. We also accept Singapore dollars and US dollars.

Will I be charged for an overseas transfer?

Yes — the bank charge on an overseas payment is for your account. As a reference:

  • Indonesia — SGD 20
  • Philippines — SGD 35
  • Thailand — SGD 35
  • Vietnam — SGD 35
  • Middle East — SGD 75

Returns, claims and faults

4 questions
Can I exchange something I ordered in error?

Goods sold from our inventory can be exchanged for other items within 7 days of the date on which risk transfers. If the exchanged items come to less than the original invoice, the unused credit is not refunded.

How long do I have to raise a claim?

Claims expire 3 months after the date on which risk transfers.

What should I do if a product turns out to be faulty?

Notify us in writing immediately. On justified and immediate notice of a defect, we are entitled at our choice either to remedy the defect or to supply a replacement. Replaced parts become our property.

Where are the full terms?

In our terms and conditions of sales and delivery. The answers above are a plain-English summary — where the two differ, the terms and conditions govern.
