How we handle your personal data

What we collect when you enquire

Our enquiry form and WhatsApp channel ask only for what we need to quote you:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you give one
• Your company name, if you give one
• The details of what you need — part numbers, standards, sizes, quantities or a drawing

We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we can see what people are looking for. Our form carries a hidden anti‑spam field; if a bot fills it in, the message is discarded.

What we collect automatically

Like any website, our server keeps access logs containing your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use these for security and to keep the site working.

This site does not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Why we use your data, and for how long

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To supply, deliver and invoice any order you place, and to provide after‑sales support.
• To keep the records we are required to keep for tax, accounting and product traceability.
• We keep enquiry and order records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights under the PDPA

• Access — ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct anything inaccurate or out of date.
• Withdraw consent — ask us to stop processing your data, or to stop contacting you.
• Limit use — tell us not to use your data for a purpose you did not ask for.
