Eleven lines. The parts that stop a job stalling.

Gauges, test points, seals, rings, level gauges, breathers and the Walform forming equipment. Small items with a large effect on whether a system commissions cleanly — specified on size, rating, material and standard.

The eleven lines we stock

Size, rating, material and standard on every card. On seals and breathers, the temperature range usually decides the choice rather than the size.

These are the items that get forgotten and then hold up a commissioning. A flange without its bonded seal, a port with no test point to read pressure from, a stainless coupling torqued dry without assembly grease and galled solid. Add them to the order with the fittings, not afterwards.

Getting the specification right

What actually decides each choice, and the four things we need in order to quote.

What decides the choice

  • Seal material, not seal sizeNBR handles mineral oil and water; Viton is for higher temperature and aggressive media. Getting this wrong is the usual cause of a seal that fails early.
  • Flange seals come as a set — a bonded seal and a retain ring to ISO 6162‑2 or ISO 6164, matched to the flange you are using.
  • Gauges are specified on range, then dial — to 700 bar, in 63 mm and 100 mm to EN 837‑1. Pick a range where the working pressure sits mid‑scale.
  • Test points need planning inStauff test couplings to 630 bar let you read pressure without breaking the line. Fit them at commissioning, not after the first fault.
  • Walform tube needs the machine — the profile ring is cold‑formed into the tube, so the forming machine and the tube are specified together.

What to send us

Four things and we can quote without going back and forth:

  • What it fits — the flange, fitting, port or tank it goes on.
  • Size — nominal size, thread, or dial diameter for a gauge.
  • Medium and temperature — this is what decides NBR against Viton.
  • Pressure — working, and peak if the circuit spikes.

Ordering flanges or fittings at the same time? Say so — we will match the seals to them rather than quoting them separately.

Catalogues

Fourteen accessory catalogues, grouped by what they cover. Direct PDF downloads — no form, no email address.

What is in them

  • Dimensions and part numbers — per size, so a seal or a gauge can be ordered by number rather than described.
  • Ratings — working pressure and temperature range, which on seals and breathers is the figure that actually decides the choice.
  • Materials — NBR, Viton, polyamide, SS302, SS316 and coated steel, by part.
  • Standards — EN 837‑1 for gauges, DIN 2353 / ISO 8434‑1 for test couplings, ISO 6162‑2 and ISO 6164 for rings and bonded seals, ISO 228 / ANSI B1.20.1 for breathers.

Before you download

  • They open in a new tab. Nothing is gated: no form, no sign‑up, no email address.
  • Dimensions and ratings are in the catalogue; stock and price are not. Send us the sizes and we will confirm both.
  • Seals are cheap and cost a shutdown when they are missing — order them with the flange or fitting, not after it.
